A guided experience of living with Intentional Fullness of Being
Grounding
This process is one of learning and journeying to thoughts, ideas, words and deeds that honour our being and our ways of being with our self, in the world.
We accept that we are not only and entirely this human form, but something deeper, higher and altogether more than this current form.
We acknowledge that while in this human form we are limited in how we can experience the fullness of existence.
We submit with humility that we are here to learn, to grow, to become greater than we are today.
We acknowledge with humility that we, in the course of our human-shaped material lives have been (and remain) subject to deliberate misleading, misinformation and propaganda that has set veils before our understanding of ourselves, our connections to each other and the natural world itself.
We affirm that thus misled and ill-informed we give shelter to thoughts, words and deeds that diminish us. That we give safe harbour to what should cast out of our thoughts, words and deeds.
We submit that we are first and foremost, willing and able to acknowledge that we seek to unlearn anything and everything that keeps us from growing towards the light.
We seek not wisdom from a singular source nor a truth but rather a diversity of such wisdoms, beliefs and practices that enable our growth towards the light.
We acknowledge that there is a significant difference between organised religion and developing a personal and direct connection to a higher, deeper and wider source.
We acknowledge, accept and articulate that we are intimately connected with every other being on this planet; fauna and flora, the seas and oceans, the rivers and lakes, the mountains and hills, the seen and the unseen, the very planet itself as a whole.
We calmly accept that it is not for us to convince any other human-shaped being of anything we consider a truth or have learnt or experienced on this journey.
Simultaneously we submit that if we are asked by any genuinely interested human-shaped being; we will freely give any information, knowledge, resources and wisdom that may enable them to grow towards the light. We honour our intimate and infallible personal wisdom through silence, through intentional self-reflection and manifest this in our deeds.
This process seeks and shares information, words, knowledge, opinion and art from a diversity of human-shaped beings. Poets, writers, artists, musicians, researchers, academics, thinkers, priests, religious texts, music, natural sciences and any and every source that affirms and enables our growth towards the light. We also share the wisdom of the often disregarded in this process.
We note that there will be no easy 5 steps and 10 lessons and 3 tricks and other ‘forwarded-many-times’ memes in this process. This is not that type of gig.
This process is the messy, tricky, hard work of seeing ourselves with open, caring non-judgment as the complete and whole human-shaped beings that we are. AND the really hard work of manifesting our higher self in a world that is designed to drag human-shaped beings lower with every breath we take.
Framing
We are alone in the journey towards the light.
Friends, family and loved ones may share our path at times but we know this path is one of solitude and we revel in that state of being; as we conversely revel in the company of human-shaped beings as is appropriate and necessary to fulfil the joys and admins of life in this human-shaped form.
Valuing
We value growth.
We absolutely welcome sitting quietly with our discomforts, our pain, our hurt, our fears, our shame, our grief, our remorse, and all our related personal horrors.
We value the knowing of our deepest, highest and most intimate self.
We expect from ourselves only what we can give and receive from where we are in the moment, no more and certainly nothing less.
